Lilla Rose Review And Giveaway!

When I was first contacted by Misty Marr on reviewing the Lilla Rose line I was thrilled.  I have seen Lilla Rose before but never have had the opportunity to try one.   I asked her some questions about the company and why she became a sales consultant.  Here is what I learned.

"I first found Lilla Rose, because as a mother of 5 girls (and one little man) I was looking for a quick and easy, yet attractive, hair accessory, that would help me keep all the curls in our house under control.  Because I have always been an entrepreneur, I quickly realized that it was in my best interest to sign up as a distributor, so that I could get the discount.  Since Lilla Rose includes a Free Website, and no minimum requirements (which will soon be changed to $29 per YEAR), I had nothing to lose.  My goal was to sell enough to keep myself stocked with Flexiclips.
But I soon found that when people tried the Flexi Clips, they wanted more.  The interest was high and they practically sold themselves. Before I knew it, I actually found myself as a Lilla Rose Supervisor.  I have been building a team and Lilla Rose has far surpassed my expectations.  It is thrilling to sell a product that you love."

Have any of you heard of Lilla Rose?  Well if you are completely in the dark please let me introduce you to this fun company!

The Lilla Rose product line centers around unique, functional, and well made hair jewelry. From their flagship Flexi Hair Clip, they have expanded to Hair SticksOringsHairbands, and Bobby Pins. Rounding the line out with complimentary designed You-Pins, and Badge Holders.

Misty generously allowed me to pick a flexi clip to review. It is Lilla Roses' best seller and here is a little blurb about it.

The Flexi Clip is really the best hair clip that you will ever find! Not only is it feminine and stylish, it is practical and super easy to use. It is also very high quality. The Flexi Clip can be used to create multiple hair styles, and will work with all hair types. It will make moms feel attractive and allow them to keep their daughter's hair up with minimal effort.

I went to her site HERE and had a look around at the different products.  Having medium curly hair I instantly fell in love with many of the clips.  There are so many styles and sizes to choose from that pretty much every length of hair can use them.  And if you have a jaunty boy cut they even have the cutest bobby pins to dress up your look with.   Here are some of my faves.

I actually really love to use pretty accessories in my hair (no I have not gone the feather route yet!) because as Joe said, It is my one beauty.  I always pull my hair either up or half back because after having babies for the last 14 years I've gotten used to keeping it away from little fingers.  But, as Misty said, I had a hard time finding something that not only was attractive, but also easy to use and comfortable.  The clips at Lilla Rose meet all those requirements and more.

My eldest daughter loves this one as she plays several instruments and sings

I watched the sizing video HERE which was very helpful in picking out the right size clip for my hair type.  It also does a nice demonstration of how to put your hair up with the clips and shows how easy it is.

So what were my impressions?  The flexi clip I received for review on first examination is very well made and durable looking.  It came in cute packaging that was very pretty (nice for gifts). My second thought was that it is adorable.  I love Celtic knot work so I was thrilled when I saw they have several styles that incorporate Celtic knots into them. This is the one I chose.  I wanted the small size so I could use it in my half pulled back.

After trying it out in my hair I was impressed with how easy it was to put in, that it stayed securely through a full day of mommy chores, and that it was comfortable and my hair didn't catch or pull in the beading.  That last part was pretty important to me because any time I have bought a hair thing that had beads it invariably pulled out some hair every time I wore it.

A little girl would love this one!

So my thoughts are that these are quality made, comfortable and extremely versatile clips for a woman's or girls hair.  They are also very affordable and considering that you can use the same clip for countless looks they are a great value for the money.  These would make a lovely gift for little girls all the way up to adult woman and as there are so many styles there is something to please everyone.

So these get my unreserved approval as a product and company!
