ABCmouse Review and a Giveaway for a FULL Years Membership!

The love of learning is one of the greatest gifts you could ever give a child. Whether it's the simplicity of a book, or a more extravagant gift of an education website subscription, bettering a child's education is [in my opinion] something that you should always think about. With ABCmouse.com not only can you better a little ones education, but they will have tons of fun while they're learning!  All at a very affordable price.

My youngest son is just about to turn 5 and is going into kindergarten next year.  He is high activity and also very strong willed.  We have been doing homeschool preschool activities but sometimes its a struggle to get him engaged.  So when ABC Mouse offered me a free subscription to review it was a answer to prayer.  My son was so excited to try it since we don't have computer games or video games. 

My older children love to play too, and it is really cute to listen to them all discuss the tickets they win or the rooms they are creating with their tickets.  My youngest son said his favorite thing is that he gets to learn about whatever he wants.  I really like that each level has different environment like mountains, seashore, solar system.  The child then can learn about animals or facts in each environment.  Very cool!

Lastly, as a busy mother, my time is extremely limited. Finding an opportunity to sit down, surf the internet, or download applications on the iPad that are safe and educational can be difficult. In my experience, I have found that many of the “free” apps that I download on the iPad only offer very limited features and require you to purchase in order to try the full version. In addition, children lose interest quickly in games online and often end up clicking onto other sites or advertisements. Luckily, ABCmouse offers over 450 lessons and a multitude of features, all on a safe and secure website. ABCMouse will save me from having to search the net to find games and sites that will both interest my son and that he can use safely.
